Av 400 seeds Brassica rapa var rosularis Also known as rosette pak choi a very decorative vegetable. Tatsoi is used for both baby leaf and whole head production. The more space they are given between plants the larger the plants will be, for smallish rosettes space 15cm apart. Dark green spoon shaped leaves, glossy and thick.
