Help For FIRST TIME SHOPPERS
Shopping is secure and easy at Nicky's Seeds. Secure meaning no one can gain access to your credit card details that you submit on the secure server to WorldPay. Even I do not have access to your card details.
Minimise this window so you can refer to it while shopping.

  1. Select the item you wish to add to the shopping basket by clicking the coloured hyperlink. This will take you direct to the shopping basket, you can alter the quantity, remove the item, or empty the shopping basket from this page.

  2. From review basket page you can either resume shopping by clicking CONTINUE SHOPPING button that will return you to the page you were last on, or go to CASHIER if you have finished shopping. On any page you can see what items you have in your basket by clicking the REVIEW button.

  3. At the CASHIER page you fill in your details i.e. name, postal address, country, email address (check you have entered this correct). When you have entered your details click the NEXT button bottom right of the screen, this takes you to the page to select payment method from a drop down menu.

  4. Payment by WorldPay is SECURE to pay by this method click the WORLDPAY button or select Credit card-Via WorldPay Secure Server from the drop down menu, if any part of your details are missing from the CASHIER page a message will appear in the bottom left hand corner of the page, informing you of the problem.

  5. A new window will open on the secure server, at busy times this may take a little longer than normal please be patient, enter your credit card details and submit them to WorldPay ONLY SUBMIT YOUR DETAILS ONCE, wait for a message to appear on the screen that your payment has been Authorized. Close the window and you will see the order you have submitted in the open window, check the details, scroll down to the bottom of the form where you can click the link to leave the store.

  6. You can elect to pay by secure server, by faxing your card details, giving details by email (not secure), by cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer, cash by registered mail, all payments to be made in UK POUNDS STERLING or drawn on a UK Bank.

  7. You will receive an order email stating clearly what you have ordered, if there is a problem you have found with your order please email me or phone straight away. This order email is the same as I receive, I personally check each order, so if there is a mistake you have missed I will pick it up and contact you. If you are a first time internet shopper please go ahead and order, it is SECURE and should you make a mistake I am here to correct it for you.
